Jameson Sotheby's International Realty, the Illinois-based arm of Sotheby's International Realty and a subsidiary of the iconic fine art brokerage brand, deals in high-end Chicagoland properties with a sophisticated service model. In order to increase their social media presence and reach new demographics of potential real estate clients, Jameson SIR launched Extraordinary Living, a lifestyle content campaign that spanned across the brand's social media and blogging channels.
For the campaign's multi-year run, I worked with the internal Jameson SIR marketing team to project a unique set of values among the Chicago real estate sphere by offering their social audience an elevated mix of lifestyle content, interior design and architecture trends, and local features meant to highlight the very best of the city that the brokerage calls home. With eye-catching visuals that aimed to stand out from the traditional branding constraints of other brokerages while still remaining true to the brand's aesthetic principles, these content pieces were responsible for an increase in Jameson SIR's social engagement and following during the campaign's lifespan.
